High-Voltage Assembler Specialist

We are seeking an Electrical Assembly Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and testing engines, sub-assemblies, and kits according to documented procedures and policies.
Responsibilities:
- Follows plant safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assembles products according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Resolves issues promptly to maintain productivity and efficiency.
- Utilizes hand and power tools to complete assembly-related tasks.
- Meets production targets and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Operates overhead cranes safely and efficiently.
- Wires panels according to technical specifications.
- Maintains a clean and organized workspace.
- Works independently, identifying opportunities to contribute to process improvements.
- Accurately completes inventory and job transactions in the Company MRP System.
- Protects company confidentiality, maintaining organizational integrity.
- Challenges existing processes to drive innovation and growth.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift 35 pounds.
- Basic computer knowledge and skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- 2+ years of electrical assembly experience.
