Assembly Technician

We are seeking an experienced Assembly Technician to join our team at Dynex/Rivett Inc., a global leader in the manufacturing of high-pressure hydraulic equipment. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in producing high-quality components and finished products that meet the needs of our customers.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in assembly work, preferably with hydraulic systems. You should be able to interpret technical drawings, including schematics and blueprints, and possess mechanical aptitude and simple math skills. Additionally, you should be able to lift up to 25 pounds on occasion and work in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000-$65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, a 401(k) retirement plan with generous company contributions, and opportunities for training and professional development.
In this role, you will:
- Assemble high-pressure hydraulic equipment and components to meet customer specifications
- Read and interpret technical drawings, including schematics and blueprints
- Use hand tools, assembly fixtures, and power tools to assemble parts
- Examine connections for correct fit and fasten parts and subassemblies
- Resolve assembly problems by notifying supervisors to obtain additional resources
