We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Supervisor to join our Permanency team at TFI Family Services, Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team of case managers and support workers dedicated to helping children return to their families or find adoptive homes.
  • Collaborate with court systems and case managers to ensure that families receive the support and services necessary to help children thrive.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to build strong, healthy relationships for families.
Requirements
  • An advanced degree in social work or a comparable human services field, OR a bachelor's degree in social work or a comparable human services field, plus four years of experience in direct service or case management, and BSRB licensure.
  • Comprehensive training to help you succeed in this role.
