Darkblade Systems, LLC is seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to join our team. As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for providing support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems. You will also provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems. Additionally, you will manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems, provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems, and provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems.
Responsibilities:
Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.
Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems.
Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems.
Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems.
Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems.
Requirements:
Five (5) years of experience as a System Administrator.
Experience with configuring and managing UNIX and Windows operating systems.
Experience managing IT system infrastructure and processes related to the systems.
Ability to provide quality customer service.
