Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with vendors to provide preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, fire systems, and generators
  • Perform first-line repair and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components
  • Resolve facilities issues by determining the best solution
  • Assist with coordination of maintenance requests with building personnel
  • Perform light maintenance requests, including furniture relocation, picture hanging, and minor furniture repair

Requirements
  • High school diploma or comparable work experience
  • Minimum one year of facilities maintenance experience
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to multitask
