Job Title: Residential Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Maintenance Manager to join our team at Harmoniq Residential. As a key member of our maintenance division, you will be responsible for leading our maintenance team and overseeing strategic initiatives to ensure the highest level of quality and service for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks and projects.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols to ensure optimal property condition and resident satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with property managers and leasing agents to drive value at the property level and ensure seamless communication with residents.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.
  • Conduct regular property walks and inspections to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address cited items.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of one year experience in a customer service-related industry and two years apartment leasing experience or a combination of accounting skills/education with customer service experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, great communication skills, and sales ability.
  • Able to support and contribute to a community team.
  • Highly organized and capable of meeting strict deadlines and understanding the sense of urgency.
  • Able to undertake multiple projects, manage shifting priorities, and handle a heavy workload.
