Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and assist customers promptly and courteously
  • Prepare food and grab-and-go items according to company standards
  • Ensure stock levels are maintained, items are fresh, and quality standards are met
  • Adhere to all sanitation guidelines consistently
  • Stay informed on new policies and procedures
  • Attend all mandatory store meetings
  • Implement and uphold Loss Prevention policies
  • Communicate any concerns or issues to the Night Leader in a timely manner
  • Maintain store products in stock and organized according to planogram
  • Keep the store clean and free of clutter at all times
  • Perform cleaning duties as necessary
  • Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and request service when needed
  • Follow proper techniques for food preparation, cash handling, and other procedures
  • Manage deliveries, including packing out, pricing, and facing products
  • Operate the cash register and lottery machine accurately
  • Handle voids, returns, and customer complaints effectively
  • Complete all required shift reports and meet shift objectives
  • Adhere to Loss Prevention policies
  • Comply with fuel operating policies and local/federal regulations as applicable

QuickChek Corp considers a variety of factors when determining compensation, including experience, skill sets, training, licensure, certifications, education, and organizational needs. The specified range pertains to the base hourly rate or annual salary and does not encompass additional benefits, perks, or bonus eligibility that contribute to the overall benefits package.
