Job Title: MRI Technologist

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join their team for a 13-week travel assignment in Staten Island, New York.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced MRI Technologist to work in a fast-paced radiology environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in magnetic resonance imaging and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for MRI procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
  • Monitor patients during procedures and respond to any emergencies that may arise
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain accurate records of patient procedures and results
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience as an MRI Technologist
  • Strong knowledge of MRI procedures and protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Current certification as an MRI Technologist
