Position Overview:

As a Base Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring a remarkable arrival experience for our guests. This position offers a diverse range of responsibilities throughout the day, focusing on delivering exceptional service and maintaining smooth resort operations.

Position Specifications:

  • Expected Pay Range: $21.36 per hour.
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full-time and part-time hours available.
  • Skill Level: Entry-level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support all base area operations, which may include tasks such as parking management, scanning, and grounds upkeep (including snow removal during winter).
  • Act as a versatile workforce for various projects and events.
  • Perform janitorial duties.
  • Complete other assigned tasks as needed.

Position Requirements:

  • Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a secure environment for yourself and your team.
  • Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor seasonal conditions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Capable of standing and performing physical tasks consistently.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and holidays.

A Base Operations Specialist is a flexible team member who often collaborates across various departments and roles to support the unified resort experience, which may include:
