Retail Wireless Team Supervisor

We are in search of a Mobile Retail Sales Leader to cultivate a team of skilled wireless retail professionals dedicated to providing exceptional in-store sales experiences.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that your location excels in all facets of the customer journey.
You will exemplify operational excellence, uphold the OSL brand, add value to our clients, and consistently achieve their business objectives.
As a collaborative team player, you will demonstrate a commitment to excellence, a passion for sales, and an unwavering focus on enhancing the customer experience.
Leading by example, you will foster an inclusive environment where team members feel appreciated, can develop, and work effectively as a cohesive unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve all critical business objectives, including sales, revenue, and client satisfaction.
- Adhere to operational guidelines to ensure compliance standards are met, and ensure the team accurately completes all sales and operational processes.
- Communicate effectively and contribute to the attainment of all sales targets, including new activations, upgrades, prepaid, accessory sales, and other key performance indicators for the store.
- Proactively engage with customers and execute all components of the OSL sales program as outlined.- Develop realistic and actionable plans within the constraints of time and resources.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, inspiration, and motivation to a team focused on salesmanship, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure the store is adequately staffed at all times in accordance with OSL's payroll guidelines.
- Record all scheduled shifts, including clocking in/out as per guidelines.
- Follow proper progressive performance management protocols as required.
- Ensure adherence to all store safety and security policies and procedures.
- Participate in special projects as necessary.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of retail and management experience.
- Experience in the wireless or electronics sectors is a plus.
- Proven track record of driving sales and service while achieving operational standards through field teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team effectively.
- Proficient in recruitment, human resources, coaching, performance management, and U.S. employment standards.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Customer service-oriented with a sense of urgency, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and results-driven focus.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License or Passport.
Physical Job Requirements:
- Ability to provide your own vehicle and travel extensively to various locations during the day and evening.
- Capability to lift 30-50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
