Position Summary:

As our Portuguese Trading Product Communication Expert, your primary focus will be on Trading & User Management. Specifically, you will collaborate with the product communication team to ensure that user feedback is effectively gathered and addressed, facilitating the delivery of a world-class product. Additionally, you will engage with our support team, utilizing tools like Intercom to interact with users in multiple languages, ensuring communication is handled with care, precision, and urgency.

You will monitor user satisfaction levels and take the time to clearly communicate and articulate Quantfury's product offerings, mission, and values in all forms of communication.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in trading stocks and futures, with preference given to candidates with prior professional experience.

• A background in finance is preferred, ideally holding a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, along with a solid understanding of the financial market conditions that affect price movements in traditional markets.

• A comprehensive understanding of various trading types is highly regarded, including knowledge of cryptocurrencies, commodities, equities, foreign exchange, and futures.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a confident and outspoken demeanor.

• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

• Strong attention to detail is crucial.

• Resilience, determination, and a strong will are essential traits.

• Proficiency in computer usage (PC) is required.

• Ability to effectively alleviate user concerns through outstanding support service skills and product knowledge.

• Critical thinking and logical problem-solving abilities are necessary for resolving issues.

• Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is highly preferred.
