As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for performing routine and technically complex laboratory tests and analyses, operating and maintaining test equipment, and verifying and reporting test results.
Responsibilities- Perform routine and technically complex laboratory tests and analyses
- Operate and maintain test equipment
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of testing
- Verify and report test results
- Provide general support functions necessary for the routine operation of the laboratory
- Baccalaureate Degree in a biological science, chemistry, medical technology, or related science
- Valid California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license or limited license appropriate for the area of responsibility
- One (1) year relevant clinical experience, Blood Bank setting preferred
