Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cook Line ll to join our culinary team at Tamarack Resort. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and serving high-quality food to our guests.

• Plan and prepare menu items according to recipes and yield guides.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless service during peak periods.
• Minimize waste and maintain controls to achieve forecasted food costs.
• Review work status and follow up on actions required with the Head Cook.

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Any required certifications for food handling.
• Excellent customer service focus and communication skills.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, employees, and business partners.
• Maintain a working knowledge of the resort's rules and enforce them accordingly.
• Keep the facility clean and free of hazards, debris, and trash.
• Cook foodstuffs in quantities according to menu and number of persons to be served.
• Clean and maintain all kitchen appliances and surfaces.
• Take inventory as necessary.
