About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our team at Edgebrook Care Center. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as eating, toileting, and mobility
  • Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes to the care team
  • Document resident care and progress in the electronic medical record
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure resident-centered care
Requirements
  • A high school education or higher education is not required for this role
  • No prior work experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and care team members
  • Basic math skills and ability to measure quantities
