Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Element Care's financial stability and position the organization for future growth and success.
- Develop and implement short and long-term financial plans and goals in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Lead a department of 32 staff in the functional areas of Accounting & Reporting, Claims Processing & Analytics, Contracting & Legal/Compliance, Facilities and Plan Eligibility.
- Provide financial guidance and expertise to the Executive Leadership team on all financial matters and strategies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, CEO, and other senior leaders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting required; Master's degree preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated executive leadership experience in healthcare finance preferably within the non-profit sector.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Financial acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to successfully manage teams.
- Knowledge and experience with healthcare on both the provider and payer side preferred.
- PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) experience is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems.
