Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Report Vehicle Condition: You will inspect vehicles and communicate their condition to service advisors, managers, and the shop foreman.
  • Maintain Equipment and Cleanliness: You will maintain and treat all company shop equipment as if it were your own and ensure the cleanliness of your bay and lift areas, as well as all client vehicles.
  • Effective Communication: You will demonstrate strong communication skills, including consistent and effective communication with team members.
  • Attention to Detail: You will possess a strong awareness of attention to detail and the ability to effectively listen and resolve conflict.
  • Professional Work Ethic: You will demonstrate a professional work ethic and a positive mindset.
Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You will possess outstanding communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with management and other employees.
  • Time Management: You will demonstrate strong time management skills, including the ability to manage your own time for efficiency and productivity.
  • Basic Computer Skills: You will possess basic computer skills and a willingness to advance for more computer training.
