Job Overview

Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for leading and facilitating reviews of test plans and cases with team members. The role includes evaluating, documenting, executing, and reporting on manual tests and their outcomes. Support, training, and documentation will be provided as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive test plans and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Define test objectives, plan activities to achieve those objectives, and monitor progress.

• Identify, isolate, and drive resolution of defects before production release.

• Ensure successful completion and documentation of system tests, resolving all identified issues.

• Collaborate actively with developers, business partners, project managers, and other subject matter experts across various teams.

• Provide assistance for system-related inquiries and requests to support daily business operations.

• Consult with IT and business stakeholders on specifications for product functionality and calculations.

• Utilize existing tools and recommend new ones for requirements gathering and testing.

• Collect, analyze, and report data to management to support decisions on specific business performance issues.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant QA technical experience.

• Strong critical thinking skills for interpreting business requirements and creating testing requirements/test cases.

• Experience in Reverse Logistics or IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), or within an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.

• Strong communication skills to ensure transparency with team members and management.

• Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other business technologies.

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar products.

• A strategic, creative, and innovative team player with the ability to think outside the box regarding talent attraction and performance evaluation.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical/problem-solving capabilities.

• Proven communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills, with the ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships across functional areas and organizational levels.
