Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Client Relations Specialist to join our team. This position is vital to the Waverly Advisors experience, acting as a crucial link between our clients and financial advisors. In this role, you will embody our core principle of 'Serve,' contributing to the advancement of Waverly Advisors while fostering personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional client service support, including managing account applications and custodial documentation.
- Address all client inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Facilitate the preparation of meetings by organizing presentation materials.
- Collaborate with the Private Fund team on alternative investment processes.
- Review quarterly reports and coordinate client meetings with advisors.
- Maintain and update client accounts with various financial custodians.
- Ensure accurate tracking of client-related information and communications.
- Assist in monitoring client transactions and notify advisors as necessary.
- Process annual Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs) for clients.
- Adhere to compliance policies and procedures in all client interactions.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in client service within a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) or Broker/Dealer environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in financial services.
- Familiarity with Fidelity and Schwab is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and client relationship management software.

- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods and perform tasks on a computer.
- Capability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.
