- 9 to 13 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing agency.
- Strong presentation, mentorship, and client-facing skills.
- Solid understanding of Veeva systems and client needs.
- Mastery of industry trends and regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, privacy policies).
- Fluency in market research methodologies and techniques.
- Comprehension of brand fundamentals (positioning, messaging, creative concepts) and their interrelations.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
