Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Ski Sales Specialist to join our team at Ski Haus. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our ski equipment and provide expert advice to customers.
  • Ensure every customer leaves the store satisfied with their purchase, whether it's a new pair of skis or a replacement part.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of quality and customer experience.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or outdoor industry setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking with ease and adapting to changing situations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays, as well as flexible scheduling to meet the needs of our customers.
