Crew Lead

EverLine Coatings and Services- South Denver is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Crew Lead to join our team. As a Crew Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our line painting and maintenance crew, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the line painting and maintenance crew
- Plan and execute projects to meet customer deadlines and expectations
- Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and regulations
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Experience with small engines and paint sprayers is an asset
