As a vital member of our healthcare team, the RN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring they achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs through continuous evaluation and adjust care plans as necessary based on patient condition changes.
- Provide clinical oversight to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).


Qualifications:
  • Nursing diploma (associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing)
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the applicable state
  • Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
  • CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation, with ongoing maintenance throughout employment

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a positive demeanor towards patients
  • Utilize reasoning skills and sound judgment in all situations
