Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent with Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless stay experience for our valued guests. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register guests and process check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Operate the front desk computer system and maintain accurate records
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including assisting with room assignments and handling guest requests
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful
  • Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
