Veterinary Receptionist

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at Animal Emergency Center of Yorktown. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing patient flow, and maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area.

• Greets and welcomes clients and patients, answering questions and triaging concerns
• Schedules appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flow
• Processes payments and maintains accurate records
• Provides emotional support to clients during times of need
• Works effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

• 1+ year of experience in a veterinary or medical reception role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent required
