Key Responsibilities:- Proactively monitor aged purchase orders, insufficient purchase order balance, and other issues to avoid unnecessary payment delays.
- Partner with accounts payable and warehouse teams to resolve receiving and/or purchase order issues.
- Provide end-user training and support to requesters, including creating requisitions, resolving issues, and processing RMAs.
- Review the accuracy of purchase requisitions to ensure proper account coding, alignment with agreements, and estimated delivery times.
- Monitor the indirect purchase requisition queue to ensure timely reviews and approvals by various departments.
- Drive initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency, automation, and digitalization.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in managing direct reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Strong ERP experience, Oracle Fusion preferred.
- A solutions-oriented team player who enjoys a dynamic work environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong understanding of procurement process, market dynamics, and industry best practices.
- A competitive salary range of $134,800 to $182,000.
