  • Create and deliver comprehensive programming for various interests, including large groups, small groups, and individual participation.
  • Conduct resident surveys to understand desires and interests, ensuring maximum resident engagement.
  • Maintain effective communication through various media channels, including social apps, inter-community technology, and community announcements.
  • Coordinate transportation for residents to meet their needs and desires for outings, activities, shopping, and leisure purposes.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local providers for leisure activities, such as restaurants, museums, and studios.
  • Develop and oversee new resident orientation and onboarding processes.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in senior housing or event planning, or a combination of education and experience equivalent to a college degree.
  • Demonstrated affinity toward senior adults.
  • Strong organization and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work some evenings and weekends for special events, as needed.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to drive assigned vehicle(s) or personal vehicle, with appropriate state license, following all laws applicable.
