At Glencore, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Manager to join our team in Houston, TX.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the risk coverage of our US Crude books, including calculating and running daily risk reports, and ensuring the accuracy of the book of records.

This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in Market Risk, Product Control, or a similar function, and a strong understanding of commodity markets and risk management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead risk coverage of the US Crude books
  • Calculate and run daily risk reports
  • Ensure accuracy of the book of records
  • Manage a team of junior risk managers

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in Market Risk, Product Control, or a similar function
  • Strong understanding of commodity markets and risk management principles
