We are seeking compassionate nurses to join our team as Licensed Practical Nurse I at the Hogan Regional Center in Danvers/Hathorne. This is an open and continuous posting for full-time and part-time positions on multiple shifts, offering a range of benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse I provides exceptional nursing care and oversight to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, implementing their health care plans, charting vital signs, and administering medications as prescribed. The ideal candidate will possess a current, active license to practice as an LPN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and have experience working with individuals with physical disabilities and/or limited mobility.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional nursing care and oversight to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Implement health care plans, including charting vital signs and administering medications as prescribed
  • Assist with daily maintenance, personal care, and other services of support as outlined in individual service plans
  • Maintain accurate records and exercise discretion in handling confidential information
  • Transport individuals to work, medical appointments, recreational activities, and other community engagements as needed

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess a current, active license to practice as an LPN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • Incumbents must obtain and maintain Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

The estimated salary for this position is $ $62,410 per year, based on the title, job description, and location.
