As a Blossom Bar Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by preparing menu items while adhering to all food safety and quality standards. This position is designed to foster a professional environment that supports both your career aspirations and personal growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive demeanor, ensuring all customers feel welcomed and valued.
  • Prepare and serve menu items according to established recipes, minimizing food waste and maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adopting a 'clean as you go' philosophy to ensure an inviting atmosphere.
  • Follow all policies and procedures related to food preparation, quality control, and safety.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of food safety practices and ensure compliance at all times.

Qualifications
  • Must obtain a Food Service Manager Certification within 90 days of employment.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Willingness to work in a climate-controlled environment, including walk-in coolers and freezers.
  • Capability to stand and walk for extended periods, with occasional sitting, squatting, or kneeling.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

This position may be full-time or part-time, depending on the needs of the Blossom Bar Manager. We are dedicated to providing a supportive environment that encourages individuality and professional development.
