About the Role

Prospera Healthcare is seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver ABA therapy to clients in their home environment.
  • Implement prescribed behavioral skills acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.
  • Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
  • Teach clients with autism communication, social, and self-help skills in an individual or small group setting.
  • Provide regular written and verbal progress on treatment goals.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures, including confidentiality and mandated reporting standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in ABA and/or working with children with Autism Spectrum disorder (ASD).
  • Ability to remain calm and neutral in challenging situations with clients.
  • Reliable means of transportation.
  • Ability to stand and stay on their feet for prolonged periods of time and bend, kneel, crouch, and lift weight of up to 50 pounds.
  • Successful background clearance.
  • Preferably a college degree.
