This is an exciting opportunity to join our USCB COO team at Barclays, where you will be the primary finance point of contact for the USCB COO team, harnessing your analytical skills to bridge the gap between financial and business decisions, and leading and developing junior team members.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with senior stakeholder management, developing and implementing financial strategies, and financial modeling and insights. Some other highly valued skills may include team leadership, clear written and oral communication, and an analytical mindset.

You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
