Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Home Care RN for Adult and Pediatric patients. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients' homes.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive care to patients and families with diverse needs, from basic to complex, utilizing the nursing process.
  • Create a therapeutic and caring environment for patients and families across the lifespan, from newborns to older adults.
  • Practice in accordance with the Elliot Hospital Interprofessional Practice model, the ANA's Social Policy Statement, Scope and Standards of Practice, and the Nursing Code of Ethics.
  • Involve patients and families in goal setting and planning, and communicate the plan of care to ensure seamless care across shifts and settings.
  • Demonstrate accountability for own role in smooth operations of the unit.
  • Utilize current evidence and relevant national/specialty standards to guide practice and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
  • Three (3) years of nursing experience, with 2 or more years related to pediatrics (hospital or community setting), NICU, PICU, or pediatric oncology.
