About Our Clinic

Catholic Charities' Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) provides high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health outpatient services to the community. As an Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the administrative aspects of the clinic, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • \
  • Manage front desk staff and provide client care intake coverage as needed.\
  • Collaborate with the Project Director, program supervisor, and other key positions to identify and implement process improvements.\
  • Work closely with the EMR administrator and billing manager to optimize clinic efficiency.\
  • Ensure proper authorizations, insurance coverage, and self-pay arrangements for clients.\
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance productivity.\
  • Support clinic operational aspects of outpatient change management efforts.\
  • Additional duties as assigned.\

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of related experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze data.\
  • A degree in business, operational management, or mental health field.\
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.\
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.\

Estimated Salary

\

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
