**Key Responsibilities:**

* Interpret, dispense, and monitor medications to optimize patient outcomes
* Participate in clinical initiatives and assist in daily pharmacy department activities
* Supervise pharmacy technicians and interns, and train new staff
* Resolve customer service issues, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain licensure

**Requirements:**

* Graduate of a college of pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education (BS or PharmD degree required)
* Licensed as a Registered Pharmacist by the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy (or eligible for licensure)
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certified
* Immunization Delivery Certification
* Ongoing continuing education and license renewal as required by the state's Board of Pharmacy
