We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Specialist to deliver exceptional landscaping services to our clientele. Working under the guidance of the team leader, your duties will encompass mowing, mulching, edging, fertilizing, raking, pruning, and various other lawn care and upkeep tasks. Compensation:

$40,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clients with expert advice on maintaining their landscaping aesthetics post-service
  • Assist the crew with landscape design, installation, construction, and ongoing maintenance
  • Support the removal of yard debris following tree extraction, landscaping around removed stumps, planting trees of various sizes, and operating tree care machinery
Required Qualifications:
  • Proficient in using hand tools and maintenance equipment such as blowers, chainsaws, edgers, rakes, clippers, hedge trimmers, and lawnmowers
  • Must demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality
  • Possess excellent physical stamina and health
  • Valid driver's license or dependable transportation to the job site
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification is required
