Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up, maintain, and break down the bar area to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
  • Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, and other beverages to our guests, adhering to Legends Hospitality standards.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions, maintain accurate records, and balance the cash register at the end of each shift.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, including drink recipes, ingredients, and preparation methods.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the Beverage Manager and other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in a high-volume bar environment.
  • Current TABC certification.
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds without assistance.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience in a high-volume bar environment.
