Night Auditor Role

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at Crestview Management, LLC. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our hotel's financial records and providing exceptional customer service to guests during the overnight shift.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions with precision and attention to detail.
* Prepare and distribute daily reports to management, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.
* Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
* Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
* Perform security checks throughout the hotel, maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
* Maintain accurate records of room occupancy and availability, ensuring optimal room allocation and revenue management.
* Assist with other duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.

**Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent, with prior experience in hotel front desk or accounting preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
* Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends, with a flexible schedule and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.

**Physical Requirements**

* Ability to stand for extended periods of time, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and bend, stoop, and reach as needed.
