About the Role:
The Client Service Specialist is a critical member of the SupplyForce team, responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients. This role requires a high level of customer service expertise, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage communication with clients regarding open orders and expediting.
- Respond to client inquiries within 2 hours.
- Research and route failed orders to the appropriate servicing member.
- Manage client relationships and maintain a key contact list.
- Collaborate with team members to reconcile order/invoice discrepancies.
- Maintain compliance with all procedures and work instructions.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams for the implementation of new customers.
- Manage the creation of Purchase Orders for rebills.
- Manage the entry of customer credit card information and provide corrected information on failed cards/transactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience.
- Some industrial product knowledge and experience preferred.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
