Compensation and Benefits Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Administrator to oversee the organization's payroll functions, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of compensation and benefits policies, as well as excellent organizational and analytical skills.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of payroll software, including ADP Workforce Now, and experience working with financial systems. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is preferred, along with three to five years of related experience.
As a Compensation and Benefits Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll updates, preparing and maintaining accurate records and reports, and facilitating audits by providing records and documentation to auditors. You will also be expected to identify and recommend updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, short and long-term disability, paid time off, and 401(k) match.
