Winston Staffing Services is seeking a highly experienced Senior Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team. As a key member of our litigation support team, you will play a critical role in managing complex injury claims and supporting our attorneys in the courtroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the preparation of pleadings, briefs, motions, notices, and related exhibits for both State and Federal Court proceedings.
- Utilize electronic filing systems and e-discovery platforms to efficiently manage case documents and data.
- Collaborate with attorneys and other support staff to ensure seamless case management and effective communication.
- Develop and maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Provide exceptional writing and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex information to clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience working as a Personal Injury Paralegal in a law firm setting.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex injury claims and supporting attorneys in the courtroom.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Excellent writing, verbal communication, and organizational skills.
