Join us as a Project Director in our Healthcare Architecture team at LaBella Associates in Richmond, VA.

Estimated salary: $130,000 - $170,000 per year.

The ideal candidate will lead project teams in planning work and developing solutions to technical and design detail problems, supervise preparation of technical drawings, and prepare client presentations. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, 8+ years of experience, and proficiency in Revit are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and direct the work of the project team; foster a collaborative working relationship.
  • Communicate with client representatives to verify design requirements and specifications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • 8+ years of Architecture Experience.
  • Proficient in Revit.
