Job Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Effective management of commercial construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiating terms and conditions of contracts with clients, including scope of work, timelines, and budget allocations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervising and guiding project staff to ensure the successful execution of projects.
  • Safety and Quality: Maintaining strict adherence to HITT's safety standards and ensuring the implementation of quality control plans.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience in commercial construction project management, preferably with a general contractor.
  • Education: A four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business, or equivalent work experience.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft suite.
  • Qualifications: Ability to execute multiple project management efforts, successfully acquired new clients, and maintained positive relationships with subcontractors.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for career advancement.
