Job Summary:
">We are seeking an experienced Executive Project Director to lead our capital equipment programs from receipt of purchase order through installation and acceptance testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, customer relationship building, and team leadership.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely completion of projects within budget and scope.

You will be responsible for:
">- Leading multiple capital equipment projects from inception to completion;
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders, including design, procurement, and manufacturing teams;
- Managing customer relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle;
- Developing and implementing project plans, timelines, and budgets;
- Identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget;
- Collaborating with peers to share best practices and drive continuous improvement;
- Fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and quality within the organization.
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering sector;
- A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members;
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines;
- A proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards;
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
Preferred Qualifications:
">If you have experience in:
">- Automated packaging or Engineer-to-Order capital equipment;
- Project management software, such as MS Project or Asana;
- Lean or Six Sigma methodologies;
- Customer relationship management (CRM) systems;
- ERP systems, such as SAP;
- Mentoring or coaching junior team members;
- Implementing and maintaining quality management systems;
- Working with cross-functional teams to drive business results;
- Developing and delivering training programs to enhance team performance.
