Position Overview:
As a vital member of our dedicated team at Trilogy Health Services, the Floor Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive floor cleaning tasks, including:
- Sweeping, dusting, and damp/wet mopping
- Stripping, waxing, and buffing surfaces
- Disinfecting and ensuring a hygienic environment
- Set up appropriate safety signage prior to commencing cleaning activities
- Execute carpet cleaning duties, which encompass:
- Vacuuming, shampooing, and deodorizing
- Disinfecting to maintain a healthy atmosphere
- Clean walls and ceilings through washing, wiping, and spot cleaning
- Note: The Floor Technician does not assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) or skilled needs.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience: 0-1 years in a similar role preferred
