Job Title: Manufacturing Process Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our team at SCN - Search Consulting Network. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and manufacturing, with experience in implementing production processes and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement production processes with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Create documentation for production support and data collection.
  • Develop training programs for production team leaders, technicians, and operators.
  • Select vendors for equipment and production materials.
  • Develop and issue criteria to vendors for items supplied.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field from a credited college, university, or technical school.
  • Experience and/or training in engineering or manufacturing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Outlook.
