Rehabilitation Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rehabilitation Director to lead our skilled nursing facility rehabilitation department in North Falmouth, MA.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective operations, planning and implementing rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes, and providing administrative rehabilitation supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods, and data
  • Provide occupational therapy services as needed
  • Be a licensed COTA or license eligible in the state where employed
  • Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting
  • Have experience managing a SNF rehabilitation department
