Your Role in Our Success
We are pleased to offer a full-time position for a Customer Service Representative, presenting numerous opportunities for professional development. In this capacity, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the FrankCrum business by providing essential office support for commercial lines insurance sales and service.
- Evaluate all inquiries for quotes to assess eligibility and interest.
- Facilitate policy modifications.
- Issue certificates of insurance.
- Address customer inquiries regarding products and services.
- Examine policies and binders issued by insurance carriers for accuracy.
- Assist account managers throughout the sales and service processes.
- Generate management reports for the Agency Vice President.
- Provide administrative support to the Agency Vice President.
Successful candidates will possess a Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License in good standing and have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in the insurance sector, preferably within commercial lines. A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
