We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist/Health Psychologist to join our team at UW Health. As a key member of our interdisciplinary Transplant Healthcare Team, you will provide clinical services to adult patients undergoing organ transplant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre-transplant evaluations to assess patients' mental health and well-being.
  • Develop and implement individualized health and behavior interventions to support patients throughout their transplant journey.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, medical providers, social work, nutrition, pharmacy, nurse coordinators, and transplant leadership to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Attend Transplant Listing Meetings to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Psychology (Psy.D.) in Counseling or Clinical Psychology or related field.
  • Minimum one year of postdoctoral supervised clinical experience.
  • Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Psychologist in Wisconsin.
  • CPR/BLS certification.
