Job Description

Daikin Applied is seeking a highly skilled Controls Application Engineer to join our team in Washington DC. This role is responsible for providing technical expertise on company products to sales representatives, assisting in product/system training, and developing marketing assignments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely support and technical guidance to field marketing requests in areas of product selection, pricing, and application.
  • Assist in product/system training and literature support development marketing assignments on a directed basis.
  • Keep informed on new products and competitive models in the market place.
  • Communicate and provide feedback to product management for product services requirements not met by current product line.
  • Develop, recommend, implement, and maintain approved data record systems to provide a marketing resource data base.
  • Supervise personnel progress development, along with day-to-day work assignments to direct reports.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements:
  • 4 Year bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
  • 7 years related experience and/or training.
