You will collaborate with partners across the globe to produce online help, reference manuals, and release notes. This is a remote position that requires a strong understanding of technical documentation and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Your responsibilities will include creating, developing, and editing operational, instructional, maintenance, or test procedures for paper, multimedia, or web-based publications. You will conduct interviews with users and technical staff to gather data for documentation, research and translate technical information into web-based documents for non-technical and technical users, and recommend formats responsive to technical and customer requirements.

You will also revise current information for users for existing products and create information for users for new products. Additionally, you will provide recommendations for improvement and proofread texts to identify and correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors. You will analyze function specifications and support documentation and work closely with subject matter experts to identify the content required to meet user needs.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience in a related area working with the Software Development Life Cycle. You will also have 5+ years of experience working in a Scaled Agile Framework Environment, 5+ years of experience working with Dita XML tools, and 5+ years of experience working in a web-based content management system.
